Still waiting for a response from EAAB
May 30, 2007

I was utterly staggered to read about the impertinence of the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) investigation into large estate agencies' financial affairs. Normally this would not be a problem, but this body is certainly not normal and behaves like a Mad Hatter's tea party.

I had reason to report an estate agent for dishonesty and was having dealings with an ex-manager of the board. He left, and my e-mails and mail to him then went unanswered. Eventually, I made telephonic content with someone else who seemed to have a few brains between the ears but, alas, this turned out not to be the case.

Two years later I still await decent response from these incompetents.
