Comair hunts bargain planes

Comair and its low-cost unit, kulula.com, were taking advantage of the global airline industry slump to negotiate to buy aircraft at bargain prices to expand services by 50 percent in time for the soccer World Cup next year, joint chief executive Gidon Novick told Business Report yesterday.


It planned to operate more flights from Joburg's Lanseria airport, he added. - Audrey D'Angelo
