To be a witness, ongoing, to the lies and degenerate misconceptions that are bandied about amongst the ethnic entities of South Africa has now reached a point whereby the pain, anguish and frustration it causes is becoming totally intolerable. How about some absolute honesty and the total abandonment of deliberate misconceptions and all the ill- intended misrepresentations being embraced, for a while. How about us all taking an in-depth look at ourselves and accepting ourselves for who and what we really are, the person that Almighty God created me to be. Then, how about us all taking a good look at one another and accepting one another for who and what we really are; and then, thanking God for giving us the amazing opportunity to join our positive talents and work hard together to bring Glory, Honor and Praise to His Holy name; this through the positive things we will have been able to achieve together under His divine power and impeccably correct guidance. And do not ever forget to remember that, "God never made any junk." Every single thing or creature he created was created with a unique identity, personality and divine purpose: with the main focus being on eternal, joyful existence as part and parcel of his eternal Kingdom. Let us not fail God by our constant focusing on the temporary trash that this temporary world holds out to us; this to ensnare us and cause us to fight one another for a more than necessary share of the things that were designed to go back into the earth from whence it came; and yes, that's right! it even includes the fancy cars, gold, silver and all the precious stones that attract the attentions of those with clouded minds and therefore, without true, spiritual vision.
To sum up; - The Positives must be grasped and accentuated, the negatives must be avoided or totally removed, and last but very important, - to mess around in the in-between must be totally TABOO to all!
This message is for all members of our great nation, starting from the very top; and that's you, Mr J.Zuma!!! Give to the needy, Mr.President, including Eskom: but do not spoil them! - Don't give so as to supply them with their desserts as well. !!! It will only corrupt them!!!

Think Green...Instead of building railway tracks to old coal fired plants, we should rather replace all ligts, street, in offices in homes, etc with LED lighting and reduce the demand first!!! We should focus on optimization and force large industry to build their own power sources, and then sell excess power back to the GRID....we should all invest in managing our own usage, then it does not matter what eskom does...
Use gas, solar, LED lighting, wind etc.etc

This thing could have been negotiated long time ago before we eskom even decides to increase the electricity so much. Good work done Zuma.
Racism has nothing to do with electricity and the loans, people choose your words wisely.

Debates are healthy, they need to be encouraged across all the level. South Africans, let's learn to focus on important issues such as helping our country be amongst the best in the world. Racism rhetoric brings our intelligency and level of maturity down.

Eskom is just making an excuse to give its employee more bonus like every year hence they want to increase price, its a profit orientated organisation and consumers are suffering thanx to that. Government shouldnt let Eskom go ahead with price hike

Durs you should broaden your thinking. Eskom is going to repay the loan. All the state is doing is to give gaurantees, security in layman's terms.

How does SA intend to pay this bill? Its tiny tax base already under pressure. Zuma is probably thinking the World bank will jsut right it off like other African country debts.
