Door and fibreboard manufacturer Masonite International filed for bankruptcy protection on Monday as part of a plan to cut debt by almost $2 billion (R20 billion).
Masonite said the reorganisation would enable it to reduce almost all its debt and cut annual cash interest costs by about $145 million. - Bloomberg
